      Refund Policy

      We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

      1. Return window
      You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, except where required by law.

      2. What can be returned
      Items that are unused, unworn and in their original condition
      Items with all original tags, packaging and accessories included
      Items that are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described
      3. What cannot be returned
      Footwear that has been worn outdoors or shows signs of use, for hygiene reasons
      Items returned without original packaging or tags
      Items damaged by misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear
      Gift cards and final-sale / clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable
      4. How to start a return
      Email us at 31buy2026@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return
      Attach clear photos if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect
      We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address
      Ship the item back and send us the tracking number
      5. Return shipping cost
      If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost
      For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping
      6. Refund timeline and method
      We inspect the returned item within 3 business days of receipt
      Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method
      Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 5–10 business days for the funds to appear
      7. Damaged, defective or wrong items
      Please report the problem within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will arrange a replacement, an exchange or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

      8. Late or missing refunds
